Job Summary:
As a Driver Recruiter at Arctic Transport, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified drivers to meet our growing business needs. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining a strong driver workforce, ensuring we continue to deliver top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified driver candidates.
Source candidates through online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and experience.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate skills, knowledge, and fit.
Coordinate and manage the hiring process, including background checks, drug screenings, and DOT physicals.
Build and maintain relationships with driving schools, associations, and other industry partners.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Represent Arctic Transport at job fairs and recruitment events.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Driver Recruiter in the transportation industry.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and driver qualification requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and industry partners.
Proficiency in using online job boards, social media, and ATS software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
