Driver Recruiter

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to join our growing logistics team. If you have a background in driver recruiting, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships, we’d love to hear from you!


Responsibilities:


Source, recruit, CDL drivers and owner-operators
Manage the full recruitment cycle (screening, interviews, onboarding)
Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA requirements
Maintain driver pipeline and records

Qualifications:


2+ years of experience in driver recruiting CDL drivers (US market)
Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
Strong communication & organizational skills
Bilingual is a plus
