As part of our continuous expansion, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Driver Recruiter to join our energetic HR team in Chișinău.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, contact, and recruit qualified car hauler drivers across the U.S.
- Conduct phone interviews and screenings according to company pre-selection standards.
- Manage and maintain driver databases and application records in the recruiting system.
- Build and sustain a pipeline of potential drivers through outreach, referrals, and networking (“head hunting”).
- Pre-qualify and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet CRC Transport’s operational and safety standards.
- Maintain clear and timely communication between candidates and internal departments.
- Represent CRC Transport’s values, professionalism, and reputation in every interaction.
- Participate in team discussions, bringing ideas to enhance the recruiting strategy, onboarding process, and overall driver experience.

Requirements
- Previous experience in driver recruiting (preferably in the trucking or car hauling industry).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Russian, and Romanian (spoken and written).
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work with Excel and TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated, with strong time management skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude, capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and focus.
