Driver Hiring Manager (remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor driver performance to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, resolving operational issues quickly to ensure seamless service.
Manage and maintain Driver Qualification Files in compliance with legal and company requirements.
Create and send warning letters to drivers violating standards, and manage disciplinary processes effectively.

Requirements:

High level knowledge and practical application of the English language
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience in a similar position or similar areas of work
