Job Description & Requirements
1. Job Description
The DRTV Manager is responsible for:
for preparing & accomplishing of the DRTV local business plan.
for setting the yearly & monthly goals of DRTV sales.
for new product testing decision, approving the launch plans & performing the test according to approved launch plan.
close cooperation with local brand managers as well as local directors of other sales channel in order to find sinergies & maximize the profit of DRTV sales.
ordering of the goods for DRTV sales.
Finding new ideals on the sales improvements & usage of different sales techniques.
Finding new product combinations within the products’ portfolio in the country.
Preparing weekly reports on DRTV sales (sold data)
Tracking of the competition
Complaints tracking in the cooperation with Customer care department & cooperation with Call-center on daily basis – diagrams, offers, cross sell
Basic analysis of the DRTV sales & ability to understand the concept of media planning & post production.
Active involvement in the weekly meetings with Managing Director & representatives of the brands & sales channels.
All products decisions: premiums, usage of the joint stock
Leading the local DRTV marketing innovation process in order to generate new best practices, which can then be implemented system-wide which also counts for the sales solution &propositions.
Regulary communication with International DRTV department.
