We are looking for a Driver Qualification File (DQF) Processor!
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with DOT compliance? Our growing American transportation company is looking for a dedicated DQF Processor to take full ownership of driver qualification files and ensure full FMCSA compliance.

Your Responsibilities:
Request, review, and evaluate pre-employment reports (PSP, MVR, CDLIS, Clearinghouse, VOEs)
Determine driver qualification according to FMCSA and company standards
Prepare, manage, and maintain complete Driver Qualification Files (49 CFR Parts 382, 383, 391)
Upload and manage driver records in Tenstreet
Work closely with Recruiting and Safety teams to support fast and compliant hiring
Ensure all DQFs are accurate, complete, and audit-ready at all times
What We Expect:
Minimum 1 year of experience with DOT/FMCSA compliance and DQFs
Strong attention to detail and excellent document management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Clear communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Experience with Tenstreet or similar systems is a strong advantage
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (office hours to be discussed)
