Our client, leading international FMCG company, is looking for a District Supervisor, Kishinev

Position purpose:
-Contribute to the growth of Company’s market share through leading, motivating and developing the merchandising team within, the assigned territory and achieving optimal distribution, targeted availability visibility, and quality display at the designated trade level.
-Contribute to the implementation of Company’s Marketing strategy through efficient management of territory business plans as well as objectives setting and performance management process.

Accountabilities:
-Develop, propose and agree on District development plan aligned with overall Marketing strategy. Contribute and guide the development of individual Territory business plans through setting clear, accurate and adequate objectives to the merchandising team.
-Analyze brands performance in the district in order to optimize existing supply chain patterns and initiate customer-specific promotion activities aligned with Trade Marketing and Marketing plans.
-Set and monitor district-specific, accurate and adequate cycle objectives for the team based on marketing cycle objectives, thus ensuring top quality marketing cycle’s implementation and achievement of territory development objectives.
-Ensure effective teamwork via regular guidance, coaching and professional training of team members. Encourage initiatives to allow subordinates maximize their potential in the job.

Requirements:
-Higher education. University degree in Economics, Business, Administration or Management
-2-3 year of relevant experience is an asset
-Good command of MS Office Programs
-Driving license experience more than a 1 year
-Romanian-fluent
-Russian-fluent
-English-upper-intermediate
