HR-Consulting on behalf of its client, a well-known multinational company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of
Distribution Development Manager
Company:
A well-known multinational company, one of the world leaders on its market
Job purpose:
Coordinate and administer all Planning and Operational processes in line with Company’s Distribution Strategy both internally and externally
Responsibilities:
* Assess current Distribution Reality, identifying gaps and opportunities of Company vs. Distribution structure, management, working processes, systems, capabilities;
* To develop and implement a Distribution Planning, Management and Reporting Framework which produces timely and accurate business information and measures across all business processes from Distributor to business;
* Support and coordinate the development and implementation of a revised Distribution Strategy to improve Company’s competitiveness;
* Act as the link between Distributor Field Force and the Company;
* Drive the effectiveness and efficiency improvements: availability/penetration; portfolio linked with geo specific/opportunities; monthly/weekly/daily/outlet level objectives;
* To manage, control and analyse all sales and reporting through the development and distribute the required reports/info within stakeholders;
* Active participants/supporting in cross functional projects (support in distribution related areas);
* Develop relevant volume/distribution tools/programs;
* Ensure and drive the process of weekly operation business performance reviews with Distributor;
* Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
* Technical / Economic university degree;
* 3+ years in a Management position in sales team;
* Strong Administrative and Commercial qualifications and experience; Strong management/ leadership skills in developing and motivating people;
* Excellent analytical skills, ability to resume and make analytical grounded conclusions, including in written form; Ability to take very broad and in-depth strategic and tactical view of the business;
* Influencing / negotiation skills in developing trade partnerships and understanding of distribution, logistics and the supply chain;
* Written and spoken fluency in Romanian, Russian, English languages.
