Truck Dispatcher (with experience) needed

About us: DST is a trucking company with an operations center located in Chisinau, Moldova. Established in Chicago, IL in 2019. We load and manage over 300 trucks. DST is growing, that's why we are looking for new employees to join our team.

What we offer:

Salary up to $3500 a month;
% from the gross;
Schedule from Monday to Friday, 3PM - 12AM;
Performance bonuses, loyalty bonus;

You responsibilities:

Perform daily phone calls with brokers and drivers;
Search for loads on US truckload websites;
Negotiate competitive rates with brokers based on the current market;
Plan and schedule driver's routes;
Use basic computer systems and programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google drive, etc) to keep track of your drivers and their loads.

Requirements:

Advanced English level (minimum B2), both verbal and written;
Possibility to join our team without previous experience as we provide full training;
PC skills proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Applications);
