We’re hiring Universal Dispatchers – people ready to manage the full dispatch cycle: booking loads, supporting drivers, tracking trucks, and solving problems on the fly.

No logistics experience? No problem. If your English is strong and you have the right attitude, we’ll teach you everything.

What You’ll Do:
- Book loads and dispatch drivers across the U.S.
- Stay in constant communication with drivers
- Monitor truck movement and ensure smooth operations
- Help drivers resolve issues on the road
- Talk with brokers and customers professionally
- Keep spreadsheets and systems up to date
- Be the calm in the chaos – you’ll keep things on track

What We’re Looking For:
- English level B2 or higher – you can speak, write, and understand clearly
- Responsibility and attention to detail
- Honest, transparent, and trustworthy
- Strong communication skills – you’re a people person
- Basic computer skills – email, chats, spreadsheets
- A curious mind and a positive attitude
