We are seeking highly qualified and results-driven dispatchers with proven experience in Flatbed/Sep Deck operations within the U.S. trucking industry. Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience in the U.S. market — flatbed only
Deep understanding of freight lanes and current market conditions
Capable of efficiently managing a fleet of 5–7 trucks
Fluent in English, Russian, and Romanian (spoken and written)
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Performs well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Office-based work preferred

Salary structure and work location will be discussed directly with the company owner, Mike.
Compensation varies based on prior experience and performance.
