Dispatcher

APL Cargo Inc. is a fast growing company in the US Transportation Industry. We have provided customers with quality service for over 5 years and continue to do so.

We are seeking Dispatchers (no experience required) to join our team in Chisinau.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Takes transportation orders, directs drivers and performs other related duties as required
- Fills freight orders obtained through various means including DAT board, phone, e-mail and fax
- Assigns loads to and communicates with drivers
- Utilizes most logistically efficient means of assigning loads to maximize revenue and minimize dead miles
- Assists Transportation Coordinator in seeking new customers and obtaining loads / backhauls
- Answer telephones and responds to customer inquiries

Abilities:
- Phone calls and multitasking.
- Working with a Team/Independent thinker
- Customer Service
- Computer Skills/Excel/Word/Email is a plus.
- Regular attendance is required
