We are seeking highly skilled and reliable dispatchers with proven experience in the U.S. trucking industry, specializing in flatbed operations only.

Candidate Requirements:

- Prior dispatching experience in the U.S. market, specifically with flatbeds
- Strong knowledge of freight lanes and market conditions
- Ability to efficiently manage 5–7 trucks
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Romanian (both spoken and written)
- Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and in dynamic environments
- Office-based work is preferred

Salary % and work location will be discussed with the company owner, Mike.
