Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Dispatcher in the transportation industry
- Proven managerial or supervisory experience
- Proficiency in dispatching software and transportation management systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong attention to detail
