Dispexa is hiring a Truck Dispatcher with experience in reefer freight to manage 4 to 7 trucks. If you have at least one year of professional experience and are skilled in negotiating top rates, optimising routes, and keeping operations running smoothly, we want you on our team.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in truck dispatching
- Strong understanding of reefer freight, temperature-sensitive loads, and industry regulations
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure top-paying loads
- Ability to plan efficient routes and minimise empty miles
- Strong communication and coordination skills to manage drivers, brokers, and shippers
- Familiarity with load boards, market rates, and freight management systems
- Problem-solving mindset, able to handle unexpected challenges and last-minute changes
