Position Goal:
To ensure fast and high-quality cargo delivery in the Expedite segment by:
- quickly matching loads with available drivers,
- organizing flexible routes and overseeing flawless execution.

Requirements:
-Strong spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to work with documentation
- Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and a strong results-driven mindset

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating freight operations: searching for loads and drivers, planning routes
- Negotiating with brokers, drivers, and clients
- Working with documentation and CRM systems
- Responding quickly to incoming requests and resolving operational issues

-Competitive compensation: base salary + percentage (overall range: $1000 - $2000 with rapid income-growth potential)
