We’re DISPEXA, a dispatch service company based in Chisinau, Moldova, working with a well-established MC from Chicago, IL, US. The MC has been in the business for 15+ years, built exceptional relationships with brokers, and maintains a strong track record.

Now, we’re looking for an experienced Dry Van Dispatcher to help us grow. If you’re a high performer who can work independently and knows how to maximize profit per mile, this could be the right place for you.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of Dry Van dispatching experience
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with Owner Operators
- Solid experience using load boards and dispatching tools
- Ability to negotiate the best rates and build long-term broker relationships
- Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
