Dispatcher assistant

• Monitor that coordinated schedule of drivers are inplace
• Manage incoming internal and external customer phone calls, exercising judgment within specification of standard practices
• Opperate accurate data in the system
• Inform all parties about changes and keep smouth communication regarding operational stages
• Monitoring inbound paperwork
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:
• Required Computer and Software Skills: Basic experience using computers.
• Experience using dispatch and trucking software preferred.
• Good oral (telephone) communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Russian, English/Romanian communications skills
• Ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers.
• Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
• Able to prioritize work; strong organization skills.
• Ability to keep calm in stressful situations
