Job Summary:
As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely transportation of refrigerated goods. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with drivers, scheduling deliveries, monitoring routes, and maintaining communication with clients and internal teams. This position requires strong organisational skills, a deep understanding of transportation, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Requirements:
- Reefer/Van, experience 2 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Proficiency in transportation management software
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends

Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a commission-based salary of 1.5-2% of gross income, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, we guarantee a minimum salary to ensure financial stability.
