Dispatch - us based trucking company is looking for a dispatcher flatbed step deck

Trucking company is looking for a dispatch to join our team. Experience, fluent English and to be able to work from our office in Chisinau is a must. Looking for someone that is interested in a long run with a fast growing company and an amazing team. Trucks are available right now for you. You will operate from the beginning at your full capacity loading company trucks and will not have to worry about where to get trucks to load. We offer you stability and lot of room to grow with us. If you have owners operator that are welling to follow you we can discus this aspect as well.

Responsibilities
- Make 100 outbound calls if needed just to make sure all trucks are loaded.
- Extensive understanding of Flatbed, Stepdeck, Oversize pricing.
- Extensive knowledge and background working with Flatbed, Stepdeck, Oversize across the U.S.
- Knowledge of Flatbed, Stepdeck, Oversize equipment and geographic coverage area - what brokers to use...when, where and why.
- Establish new and build upon existing customer relationships
- Provide rates, tender accept loads, build loads, sets appointments, identify issues, and resolve / communicate to customers.
- Forecast issues and collaborate internally to determine and implement the best solution
- Manage daily shipments in our TMS software and make sure they pick up and deliver on time.

Compensation

Base salary, plus a % from booked loads
