Dispatcher have to efficiently manage multiple drivers at a time and fix problems as they arise.
We are looking for a reliable Support Dispatcher to act as a communication point for brokers and truck drivers.
The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm to solve different issues.

- Handle complex customer queries and complaints;
- Work in the software transport management system.
