DM World transportation is hiring for position Dispatch Assistant / Dispatch Planning
Office is located in Chisinau, Botanica

Requirements:

Able to work evening-night shift
Advanced English Language command
Strong provable customer service skills and problem-solving skills
Previous work experience in a similar role
Previous work experience with USA, Canadian and/or European customers minimum 1 year
Punctual and committed to continuous learning and growth
Commitment to long-term employment

Required skills and abilities:

Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational, planning and prioritizing skills
Ability to work in a team environment and high pressure situations
Ability to deal with customers and complaints, while remaining calm and professional
Ability to make decision and act on them with limited time and information
Able to handle multiple tasks to receive and communicate information to and from several sources

Salary starting from 750$ per month
