CAVIO Interiors - a company specialized in producing and marketing of solid wood furniture, classic style.
Key functions:
- Develop sales strategies to achieve target, displaying initiative and commercial awareness in their development;
- Achieve agreed targets for the Coverage and Distribution of the Company brands across the Market;
- Coordinate all activities under the framework of the Commercial Department
-Lead, develop and motivate the sales team management to achieve key business objectives, develop the business plan and maximize the company growth;
- Be responsible for finding new opportunities for sales ( new markets) and their performance
- Elaborate commercial and technical specifications for special commercial offers
- Detect and qualify corporate customers' needs in collaboration with the Key Costumers
- Be responsible for expansion of cooperation partners network
- Forecast and track market trends
- Develop internal control procedures.
- Provide management with information and proposals concerning sales issues
Qualification required:
- University degree in areas such as Economics, Management and Marketing;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the required sphere;
- Knowledge of the Romanian, English and Russian;
- Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills;
- Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel,) database maintenance, graphic design, formatting, and typing.
