Salary:

$800/month for the first 3 months
$1,000/month after the probation period
Performance-based bonuses available

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven WordPress Website & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time role combining technical website development with strong visual design and social media promotion skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage websites using WordPress
Design engaging, user-friendly layouts and visuals
Create visual content using Photoshop (or similar tools)
Promote our brand and services through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Collaborate with the team to boost online visibility and engagement

Requirements:

Proven experience in WordPress website development
Strong sense of website design/UI/UX
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic tools
Experience with social media marketing (Google, Facebook, Instagram)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

Basic SEO knowledge
Creativity in both design and promotion strategies
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
