Devops engineer

We are looking for:
- Medium Devops Engineer
- Senior Devops Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain servers farm in a healthy state
- Maintain application stack in operational state
- Be in charge of technical issues reported by customers
- Be proactive in proposing and implementing solutions
- Organize work in a ticket system with the customer team
- Participate in team meetings
- Address first-level technical investigations and CI configurations
- Learn and become proficient in solving technical issues
- Maintain and update knowledge-base

Required experience and education:

- A degree from a technical university
- 2+ years building, scaling and supporting Hadoop clusters
- 4+ years building and maintaining distributed application platforms
- Automation with tools like Chef, Puppet or Ansible
- Smart but humble, with a bias for action
- Familiar with/proficient in Java and Python
- Working knowledge of Linux, networking, storage, and virtualization
- Experience scaling through data-driven capacity planning
- Experience setting up and supporting continuous integration and deployment
- 3+ years of experience in using Unix
- Experience with:
Java or .Net

Jenkins, SaltStack, Cheef or Puppet

- Customer support experience for an enterprise application (2+ Years)
- Fluency in English
