Role Responsibilities
You will work on the stable development and improvement of our infrastructure and core engineering processes, including:

expanding and improving monitoring (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus);
supporting and developing AWS infrastructure (ECS, ECR, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, S3, CloudFront, Route53, VPC, IAM);
optimizing the container environment (Docker, ECS);
improving logging pipelines (Fluent Bit, FireLens, ELK, OpenTelemetry);
supporting and enhancing CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions);
strengthening security (IAM, networking, secrets);
working with Data Engineering on metrics and data-related tasks;
improving infrastructure reliability, stability, and clarity.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS: ECS, ECR, EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Route53, IAM, VPC.
Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform preferred).
Strong Linux and networking knowledge (DNS, routing, VPNs, security groups).
Experience with containers and microservices (Docker, ECS or Kubernetes).
Monitoring/alerting tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, DataDog, or similar).
Logging systems (Fluent Bit, FireLens, ELK).
CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Jenkins).
Solid understanding of security and IAM principles (least privilege).
Scripting skills in Bash + one programming language (Python preferred).
Network troubleshooting tools (tcpdump, traceroute, netstat).
English: comfortable reading and writing technical documentation.
Internal communication: Russian or Romanian.
