2. Server software engineer
At least 3 years of software development experience in software companies
.Net server-side (not winforms/WPF), Multi-threading
Synchronization, redundancy, load balancing, scalability
Strong grasp and experience in OOP

3. PHP software developer
At least 3 years of experience in PHP development of web applications (not web sites)
Strong skills in a wide variety of web technologies and techniques, such as HTML5, XHTML, DOM, Canvas, Ajax, JSON, XSS and Flash
Experience with both traditional and single-page web apps
Expert knowledge on Javascript and CSS
Experience with content management, plugin development (e.g. for WordPress) and i18n/l10n
Extensive experience in developing using client-side Ajax tools, frameworks and libraries such as jQuery, Dojo, etc.

4. Flash/ActionScript developer
At least 3 years experience in AS2 and AS3 development
Experience in graphic implementations in Flash
Experience with Javascript - advantage
Experience in game design - advantage

5. Web Designer
At least 3 years experience in web design
Experienced in Adobe Photoshop
Can reduce final designs into standards-compliant, cross-browser, strict XHTML and CSS
