Key responsibilities of Designer/AV Lab Coordinator:
• Manage and control AV (Audio-Video) Laboratory overall activity;
• Maintain the MultiMedia data base, with the use of Internet applications;
• Classify and keep record of AV Laboratory materials and equipment;
• Set links and maintain contacts with other MultiMedia Language Studying in Moldova and abroad
• General layout and design of ILTC newsletter
• General design of ILTC publicity materials
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
• Ability to handle, use and maintain the materials and technical equipment from the AV Laboratory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• Computer Design skills (CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign/PageMaker/Quark XPress, Illustrator)
• Fluency in Romanian, Russian and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client orientation;
• Ability to work in a team; high sense of responsibility
Working Conditions:
• Working part-time (Monday – Friday, 9.00-15.30)
