Database Administrator

About the company:

Netbeau Company - founded in 2008 with over 15 years of experience and hundreds of active projects in different fields of activity - is looking to expand its team for future projects (there are projects both externally and internationally: Norway, Germany, France, Romania, USA and Canada).

We are seeking a Database Administrator to support banking systems. The role involves full lifecycle database administration, performance tuning, and ensuring high availability and data protection.

Must-Have Requirements:

Strong experience with OpenEdge RDBMS (v11/12)
Deep understanding of architecture, backup/recovery (probkup, prorest ), and replication
Proficiency in performance tuning, schema management, and access control
Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python ); automation experience
Experience in Linux/Unix & Windows environments
Familiarity with OpenEdge tools ( Explorer, Management )
Collaboration with ABL developers and support teams
Good understanding of security, HA, and disaster recovery practices

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, hybrid data environments
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD
