PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Given the increased interest in machine learning in all existing markets a need for customized neural networks has emerged. In collaboration with one of the biggest document scanning and processing company in Belgium we have decided to build a machine learning platform that would allow any interested party to build, test and deploy a neural network using their own data.
The purpose of the platform is to provide standard neural networks but most importantly to allow any company or individual to build, test and deploy their own custom neural networks. Because building a new neural network has a very steep learning curve for anyone not into the machine learning business our customers will have the ability to access our knowledge and request our help in building the needed network. That’s where you come into play.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Nenos Software is looking for a Data Scientist to join the team that will build the next big thing. We need a very creative, self-driven and skilled team player that would love to help develop innovative neural networks for challenging real-world problems.
You will have to learn and research new concepts and share your findings with the team taking an iterative approach to develop data science solutions: build, test, improve.
KEY REPONSIBILITIES
• Work with customers to understand objectives and scope analytical projects that deliver insights and results
• Work independently or collaboratively throughout the complete analytics project lifecycle including data extraction/preparation and result analysis
• Collaborate with team members to configure, tune tools, automate tasks and guide the evolution of the whole analytics project
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, MySQL
• Experience with data visualisation tools, such as D3.js, GGplot, etc.
• A statistical and probability inclination and deep understanding of some AI concepts
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
• Basic machine learning concepts
• Hands on coding with C/C++, Python, Lua, Matlab or any proficient AI language of choice
