Job Description: Data Processing Operator

Responsibilities: Perform of tasks related to bookkeeping, transport and logistics
▪ Respect deadlines
▪ Learn new processes and tasks
▪ Detect and report problems
▪ Organize permanent contact and have a good communication (by mail or phone) with employees of in Belgium

The Candidate Specification:
▪ Education: Bachelor, Languages or an Administrative Education
▪ Professional experience: A first work experience is not required, but it’s a plus
▪ Personal skills/abilities:
- Administrative and social skills
- stress resistant
- very communicative
- be able to work in an organized way
- responsible, dynamic and team player
- independent worker
- punctual
▪ Languages: Russian, English (excellent knowledge), Romanian
▪ IT-knowledge: Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Lotus Notes
