Data management assistant

We are currently seeking a Data Management Assistant, to join our recruitment department – EMS, in our Chisinau office.

Responsibilities:

- Accurate interpretation, compilation, and entering of data in the database;
- Proper analysis and verification to ensure data integrity;
- Storing correct information in the desired database locations;
- Completion of the required task within the deadline;
- Contacting international experts and requesting information via phone or email;
- Posting job announcements on websites;
- Managing additional responsibilities.

Requirements:

- University degree;
- At least one year of working experience in the related field;
- Excellent French, both written and spoken and good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Spanish would be highly advantageous;
- Good communication skills, feeling comfortable on the phone;
- Very good online research and computer skills (MS Office, internet);
- Detail oriented, hardworking, and willing to learn along the working process.
