Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities:

Process and verify weekly employee payroll accurately and on time;
Ensure all deductions and withholdings are compliant with legal requirements;
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies or employee concerns;
Maintain accurate payroll records in line with company policies and legislation;
Prepare and deliver payroll reports as requested by management;

Requirements:

Previous experience in payroll, bookkeeping, or accounting (preferred);
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
High attention to detail and accuracy;
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
