Main duties and responsibilities:
- Verify the validity of customers’ credit cards
- Cross-check related information in our database and online
- Liaise with bank representatives and clients to ensure the information is valid

Requirements:
- Previous work experience in fraud prevention is a great asset
- Attention to detail, quick learning and high accountability
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
