Our ideal candidate:

experience working in the customer support team for at least 1 year;
english knowledge at level B1+ or higher;
free and literate command of the Romanian language;
high self-organization, discipline, punctuality and responsibility for the team;
orientation on command result, ability to find and solve problems.

Description of the vacancy:

provide assistance to passengers and drivers in written and voice communication;
consulting clients on company services in written form;
keeping reports, working documentation.
