Customer Support Specialist (night shift)

We are looking for a self-motivated Customer Support Specialist who will always be in touch with truck drivers. The job involves a lot of communication, mainly in English.

Key responsibilities:

Providing high-quality customer service
Control over the shipping process
Resolving any arising problems or complaints
Assisting clients with inquiries related to logistics services
Communicating with clients and drivers via phone and email

Requirements:

English level B2 or higher (both spoken and written), fluent Russian
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and responsibility
Ability to learn quickly
Multitasking skills and stress resistance
Experience in the Client support area will be a plus

Schedule:

23:00 - 7:00 Monday - Thursday
