Customer support representative

Job description, tasks:
- Provides support to customers via phone/ e-mail;
- Monitors activities and credit transactions ;
- Processing manually the transactions.

Requirements:
- Studies/experience in financial or banking environment is a plus; experience in a call center is a plus;
- Strong communication skills, be well organized, detail oriented and able to multi-tasking ;
- Fluent English: both speaking and writing;
- Excellent math and time management skills.
