Customer support representative

DevelopmentAid.org is looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives who want to join a leading information providing company, specializing in developmental sector.

Responsibilities:
- Offer technical/informative support to customers (emails and online chat)
- Offer assistance to the sales department;
- Lead generation and nurturing (emails)
- Manage information (administration tool/CRM)

Requirements:
- Relevant work experience, ideally in the customer service oriented field;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient PC user (MS Office, Outlook, internet)
- Responsible, organized and detail oriented.
