What you’ll do:
Provide support via phone, email, and chat
Answer user questions about platform functionality
Guide users through the registration process
Assist users facing technical difficulties
Verify the identity of business clients and drivers (ID, photo, registration document)
Collect user feedback to help improve the platform’s services
Collaborate with the technical team to resolve platform issues
We’re looking for someone who:
Is communicative, motivated, and results-oriented
Has relevant experience in customer support and maintaining client relationships (ideally in transport or logistics)
Can work in an organized manner and meet deadlines
Speaks fluent Romanian and has an advanced level of English and Russian
