is looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated people to be part of our open and friendly team. We are currently working on the Canada market and would love to accept you in our team.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and/or written English or/and French;
- Previous experience in this field or in sales will represent an advantage;
- Computer skills required (Browser, Email, Skype, Office Applications);
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills;
- High discipline and responsibility, self motivation and persistence;
Customer Service Representative Job Duties::
your role will always involve looking after the team and helping the company run as smoothly as possible.
Job Duties:
• Support customers for long distance transport
• Delegating tasks between sales reps
• Monitoring the team’s performance
• Manage the rep.team
• Assisting the team by performing the tasks with them
• Helping with training and development
• Completing paperwork
• Handling complaints (from both staff and customers)
• Helping to hire new staff
• Reporting to senior management / personnel when required
• Perform other related duties
• Occasionally supports coordinators on new products launch process or different improvement projects
We offer:
-attractive salary + bonuses
Salary 350$ + % (average 600$-800$)

Working hours
15:00 –23:30 (0.5h break)
