We are looking for a Customer Representative that will be responsible for answering customers' questions, and assisting customers in solving problems with company products or services.
Main responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests over the phone;
- Provide customers with product & service information;
- Identify research and provide solutions for customer issues using the related computer system.
Competence and Education:
- University graduated;
- Fluent in English.
Experience and knowledge required:
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications;
- Client orientation is essential, excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work flexible hours - night shift.
This position is focused on people from Canada.
