For this role you will be expected to answer customer messages in a timely manner. We will expect clients to be trated with courteous and professional attititude.
when dealing with a client's complaints you will need to obtain all details needed to determine cause of the complaint and before proceeding to resolving the problem with that client. Should it be needed to investigate the situation, you will always reassure the cluent that their problem is being dealt with.
You will need to pass on to relevant person all requests to cancel or edit an open order where it can not be done by yourself.
Requests to return an item must be recorded.
In case a mistake is found (as well as if esential information is missing) in the listing or inventory you will be required to report and fix it immediately.
any suspicious buyers or activities should be reported ASAP.
