Customer service representative

Brainware - is business incubator located in San Francisco and Kyiv, that starts companies, builds products and enriches lives. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our project team and work with US-based companies.
This opening implies moving to Kyiv, Ukraine.

Our perfect candidate has:
Excellent customer service skills;
Strong written and oral communication skills and an ability to speak clearly in English;
Proactivity in identifying new opportunities, solving problems and prioritizing efforts;
Strong attention to details both with respect to customer needs and the quality of work;
Ability to learn new processes quickly;
Superfast typing skills and quick simple math skills.

Field general information requests on services, pricing, etc. via email and phone;
Aid customers in the ordering process and answer order as well as company questions;
Accept phone calls concerning inquiries, confirmations and complaints;
Send well-constructed and thorough written emails to prospective customers.
