Customer Service Manager | 18000+ MDL

FCM Trading Expo in partnership with Arachas Group (USA) is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team. We provide consultancy services to clients in the USA.
Responsibilities:

Answering calls from clients and providing prompt assistance regarding our insurance services.
Managing relevant information about clients and their interactions.
Collaborating closely with the team in the USA.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the service field is NOT mandatory.
Advanced communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Positive attitude, client and solution-oriented.

Work schedule:

Monday to Friday, between 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM.
Office: Buiucani, str. Durlești 4, Chișinău.
