Customer service representative/data processing operator

An international company, one of the largest and most successful logistics providers in Europe is looking for a Customer service representative/Data processing operator for their office located in Chisinau.

- Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 8.30/9.30 to 17.30/18.30
Main requirements:
- University degree
- Fluent English (second foreign language is considered an advantage)
- Computer literacy, MS Excel

Key responsibilities:

- Receiving orders from European customers by e-mail and entering them in our system
- Reviewing orders from customers and partners
- Contacting partners regarding collection/delivery for detection of possible delays in transportation
- Completing customer websites
- Key customers' complaints registration and analysis
- Making various report in Excel, KPI
