Customer service representative (8500lei + 750 lei taxi)

We are a leading Toronto based moving company. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Balti who will work with potential clients abroad from the comfort of his/her home. If you are motivated and aspire to succeed this is your opportunity to join a leading company in Canada.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (oral and written);
- Excellent business communication and problem solving skills;
- Very good presentation and negotiation skills;
- High level of attention and accuracy;
- Should have previous experience in foreign companies;
- Good selling and customer services abilities.
- PC and a high speed internet connection.
Responsibilities:
- To identify the clients’ needs and to offer the adequate solutions using individual approach;
- To offer the information regarding the company’s products and services;
- To increase the client database.
