HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com), on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of:
Customer Service Operator (logistic data processing)
Company:
Foreign company specialized in logistics and distribution services.
Job Description:
You will be working in a team, responsible for providing correct and import and logistic information towards international clients.
Main tasks:
• Ensure that excellent levels of customer service and service delivery are maintained and exceeded,
• Fulfill the needs of our customers, by servicing our customers in daily, weekly or monthly information and data,
• Process work instructions, containing all necessary information in order fulfill administrative processes and management information related to our clients,
• Internal communication with subsidiaries from company all over the world,
• Communication with other customer service operators (written and by phone) in English on regular basis, in function of the specific needs,
• Monitor daily exceptional requirements provided by our subsidiaries and clients.
• You will work only in day shifts: 9:00-18:00;
Requirements:
• University Degree (preferably Economic background),
• Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, listening) in Romanian and English,
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders,
• Experience in customer service is a benefit,
• Ability to work with deadlines, without losing the global overview
• Good computer skills; working with MS WORD, EXCEL is no issue,
• Experience in working with databases and therefor have analytical skills,
• Excellent problem solver, capable of using own initiative, but nevertheless a team player.
