CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER
Responsibilities: Providing on site installations and upgrades of the company products, following produced CS plans either by working alone or as a part of a team; Resolving Incidents and Problems addressed either directly from customers and/or through the company’s Technical Escalation process; Using existing skills and knowledge as well as appropriate support resources to find resolution to customer incidents; Perform regular reporting to Customer Service Manager or Supervisor.
Requirements: Electrical engineering or IT University Degree; At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; Extensive experience in HW installation and maintenance; MCSE and/or CCNA qualification or be ability to demonstrate a similar level of knowledge is an asset; Excellent communication skills; Excellent Command of the English Language; POS/ATM product knowledge and Knowledge of the Banking Sector is an asset; Flexibility to work in various schedules.
