Customer service consultants

General Purpose
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face, providing complete informational support
• Handle inquiries, claims and complaints
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Participate in client related activities
Requirements
• University diploma (completed), general education degree or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of Russian/Romanian/English languages
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not obligatory
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications
