Position: Customer Sales Representative

Compensation: $500 base salary + bonuses (Total potential: $1,500–$2,000/month)

We are a freight brokerage company operating across the U.S. and Canada, currently seeking Customer Sales Representatives to join our on-site team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make a high volume of outbound sales calls
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Support freight coordination and daily operations
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service quality

Qualifications:

- Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, goal-driven work environment
- Sales experience is a strong advantage
- Logistics experience is not required; full training is provided
